Bookings are not transferable. No funds paid towards a booking are refundable. If you wish to cancel or postpone your event, the amount paid will only be credited or refunded if we secure a booking for the same date/time to replace your booking.
We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damaged property. All personal property is to be removed at the end of the event. Clients will be held responsible for any loss or damages caused to the venue by guests.
Security may be required for your event, at the discretion of management. If Security is requested the cost will be passed onto you (not included in the minimum spend).
Final food and beverage orders including dietary requirements must be confirmed 14 days prior to the event. We are not likely to change the order after this date.
Any food or beverages brought into the venue will incure a BYO fee, even with a fully catered event.
Any decorations or signs brought into the venue must be collected at the end of the event. We cannot store any items on site. Decorations such as glitter, confetti, silly-string, powders, foam, candle wax etc. are not allowed inside the venue.
Music is controlled by Amore if only one space is booked. When booking the whole venue, Amore is in control of the volume & bass level. If the DJ/Entertainment or guests do not comply with our volume and bass requirements, the event will be shut down.
In accordance with the Liquor Act, Amore practices the responsible service of alcohol and will refuse and eject any patron deemed intoxicated or displaying unruly behaviour towards staff and management. If the behaviour continues and guests are uncontrollable, the event will be shut down and authorities may be contacted.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Any minor consuming alcohol will be immediately asked to leave the venue and authorities may be contacted.
You have 5 hours from the start time till the end of your event. We will close the bar after 4.5hours and no longer serve alcohol after this point. We will not extend the time due to late arrivals.
